Benefits
- Create high-urgency incidents based on conditions that you set up in your Primer workflow.
- Notify on-call responders based on conditions that you set up in your Primer workflow.
How it Works
- Incidents will be triggered on the corresponding PagerDuty service when a condition or procedure you set in your Primer workflow is met.
- Once the Incident has been created, the workflow continues the next line of action you have set up in your Primer workflow.
Requirements
- Users are required to provide a valid API key to use the PagerDuty integration in Primer. Please generate one if you don’t have this already and keep it safe.
- Users are required to have an existing Service created in the PagerDuty account. If you do not have any services, please create one.
