Getting started

Requirements

  1. To use this integration you need a valid Primer account
  2. You also need a Freshdesk account and a valid API key to get started. Follow this guide to get your API key

Setting up a workflow

  1. In your Primer account, navigate to the Workflows page by clicking Workflows in the menu bar.

  2. On the workflows page, select the workflow that you want to add Freshdesk to or create a new one by clicking the “New Workflow” button.

  3. Select a trigger to start your workflow from and click the “Continue” button to proceed. For this guide, we will use the Payment Created trigger
